Murcia Spain is located to the south of Alicante, approximately 47 miles. If you are staying in Torrevieja, it is only a short 19 miles drive and definitely worth to visit. Murcia is surrounded by a chain of mountains that reach all the way down to the sea. You can go from Alicante to Murcia via the E15 road.

There are more than 170 Km of coastline in Murcia Province with beautiful beaches and spectacular views. Do not miss the sandy beaches at La Manga and Aguilas.
