Javea Beach

With over 25Km of coastline, when you think about which Javea beach to explore, it won´t be an easy choice. There are many coves and lovely beaches to choose from with unparallel natural beauty.

The geological characteristics in Javea have created an area packed with (underwater) caves and caverns of which many are still unexplored.


El Arenal 

The most famous Javea beach, it is surrounded by leafy palm trees. It has been awarded the blue flag by the European Union for its quality services and clean waters.

Montañar 1

Beautiful beach close to luxurious villas.  The sea is blue turquoise and you can practice sailing, water skiing and windsurfing among other sports and activities. Close to La Grava and El Arenal beaches.

Pope or Tango 

Small cove located near the Nautical Club and close to the reserve of Cabo San Antonio. You can do different trekking routes.

La Grava

This is an urban beach that is located in the area to the south of the port and close to Pope and Montañar beaches.

Cala Blanca

Close to the Arenal beach it offers a beautiful view of white rock cliffs. Also known as La Caleta, it is only accessible on foot.

La Granadella

Ideal for scuba diving. It is located between Ambolo and Playa Del Moraig beaches.

Ambolo

Located south of Cabo de la Nao and in front of the Descubridor island, this beach is almost untouched. A fantastic place for scuba diving. Close to La Barraca and Granadella beaches.

La Barraca and Portitxol

La Barraca beach has impressive cliffs covered with vegetation. Its waters are pure and clear blue . Portitxol Island is located in front of La Barraca beach and is an ideal place for snorkeling and enjoy exotic rock formations.
