 Alicante Golf club, a mere 400 metres from the sea , is an urban course whose high quality is recognised throughout Spain. It is the first course in the country with three par 3, three par 4 and three par 5 holes.
The course is spacious, but the numerous out of bounds and water hazards make it an ideal, challenging course for precision players.
The design of this magnificent course is the work of the brilliant Severiano Ballesteros who has set his seal on hole 9 where the lake to the left of the green forms an unmistakeable "S".
 Alicante Golf Club takes great pride in the unique features of its course, such as hole 14 where players must ensure that their ball carries over the remains of a Roman dwelling uncovered when the course was under construction.
It has been contoured to perfection with rolling forms and those special touches that create a pleasing landscape and bestow each hole with its own unique personality.
Furthermore, Alicante Golf club has all of the facilities expected of such a course with a driving range, tee platforms and putting green, as well as green and fairway training bunkers.
